These terms apply when you use Readovo. By using it you agree to them.

The service

Readovo is a free reader for books and documents you already have. It runs in your web browser and stores your library on your device. There are no accounts or payments in the current version.

Your books and backups

• Your library is stored only in the browser you use. Clearing its data or losing the device removes it.
• You are responsible for keeping backups of books and notes that matter to you. Readovo can create a backup file with one click.
• Each book file can be up to 300 MB. How much you can store depends on the space your browser allows.

Your content

Only open files you have the right to use. Readovo opens DRM-free files and does not remove copy protection. You keep all rights to your books, highlights and notes.

Feedback

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Readovo without obligation to you. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in feedback.

Coming soon

Optional accounts, sync and paid cloud plans are planned but not available yet. When they launch, additional terms will cover them — including billing, cancellation and refunds — and you’ll be asked to accept those terms before using them. Nothing can be purchased today.

Availability

We work to keep Readovo fast and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties. Features may change as the product develops.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Readovo is not liable for lost data or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Please keep backups.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Readovo is established.
